Return & Refund Policy

At Alpha Dog Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return policy — giving you plenty of time to ensure the perfect fit and function for your dog.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return Contact us at vutronghai9@gmail.com to initiate your return. Once approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.

Damages & Defective Items We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized orders, and any item not in its original condition.

Exchanges For the fastest resolution, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order once the return is approved.

European Union Customers Customers in the EU have the right to cancel or return their order within 60 days of receipt, for any reason, under EU consumer protection law.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at vutronghai9@gmail.com.
